Can I cancel my order?

Yes. After payment, the order will be processed within 1–3 business days. If the order has not yet shipped, you can contact our online customer service to cancel or modify it. Please note that once an order has entered the shipping process, changes cannot be made. Please refer to our customer service for details.



Can I exchange an item?

We currently only accept size exchanges. Exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt and must be in new, unused condition with all tags intact and the original receipt attached. Returns on items marked "Final Sale" are not accepted.



What is our return policy?

Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and must be unused, with all tags intact and the original receipt attached. Returns are not accepted on "Final Sale" items.



Do I need to pay for shipping?

Of course not. We offer free shipping worldwide. Orders are free and shipped throughout the entire process. There is no additional shipping charge.



How long does it take to ship?

Our standard delivery time is estimated to be 7–14 business days. Please understand that there may be slight delays in some areas or during promotional periods.



What payment methods are accepted?

We accept a variety of payment methods, including major credit cards (Visa and MasterCard). All payment processes are encrypted to ensure transaction security.



What if there is a problem with the product?

If the product you received is defective or not as ordered, please email service@mactukd.com immediately and we will assist you.



What if my order has not been received?

Please check your email to confirm that you have received the shipping notification. You can also log in to "My Account" or enter your order number, billing zip code, and email address on the "Order Status" page to view the latest progress. During promotional periods, delivery times may be delayed.



What if my order was shipped to a freight forwarder?

Once the package is signed for at the freight forwarder's address, the responsibility becomes theirs. In the event of damage, loss, or other issues, please contact your freight forwarder directly for assistance.



What if I haven't received any items in my order?

Please check if you have received any out-of-stock notifications for certain items. If an item is out of stock, we will automatically refund you, including the shipping costs. Some orders may be shipped in multiple shipments; please check your confirmation email for detailed delivery details. If you have further questions, please email service@mactukd.com.



Are duties and taxes included at checkout?

Duties and taxes are calculated based on the product type, country of origin, country of delivery, and order amount. If not included in the product price, the associated fees will be listed separately at checkout. Some countries require duties and taxes to be paid upon delivery; these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
