How do I return an item?
You have 30 days from the date you received it to return it by mail for a full refund using the original payment method.
To ensure a smooth and free return process, please contact our customer service team via email to submit a return request. Once approved, please send the item back along with the relevant information and all original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the item and confirm it's eligible for return, we'll promptly initiate the refund or exchange process. Refunds are typically credited to your account within 5-7 business days.

Return Policy Details
- You must return your item within 30 days of receipt to receive a refund.
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, free of stains, and in perfect condition, with all original tags and packaging. Items marked "Final Sale" or on sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Exchange Policy
Exchanges are limited to different sizes, colors, or lengths of the same item (if applicable).
If your desired size or color is out of stock, we recommend returning the item and placing a new order.
Exchange requests require a valid order confirmation; otherwise, they will not be processed.
Return Exclusions and Exceptions
Items marked "Final Sale" or "Sale" are not eligible for returns or exchanges. However, if the item is defective, damaged, or not as described, we will provide a solution as appropriate.
Can I return items from multiple orders in one package?
You can combine items from multiple orders into one return package to simplify the process.
Refund Delays
Just because a return package shows "Delivered" at the carrier's consolidation center does not mean it has been received by our fulfillment center or that a refund has been processed. It typically takes some time for your package to arrive and be processed. Please allow approximately three weeks. Refunds will be processed promptly after inspection and credited to your account.
Important Return Information
- All promotions, discounts, and gifts will be calculated pro rata upon refund.
- If the return reduces your order total below the discount threshold, the value of the gift will be deducted from your refund, reducing your actual refund amount accordingly.
