Order Processing and Shipping

Order Accuracy Statement

Package Responsibility
If your package is shipped to and signed for at a freight forwarder's address, the freight forwarder assumes responsibility for the safety of the package and its contents. From the time the package is handed over to the forwarder until final delivery, the freight forwarder is responsible for ensuring the security of the package and preventing loss, damage, or theft. If any issues arise, please contact the freight forwarder directly for assistance.
Rejected Package
If you refuse to accept the package, it will be returned to our warehouse. We will refund the purchase price and applicable taxes, as appropriate. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Order Confirmation and Tracking
- Order Confirmation: After submitting your order, you will receive an order confirmation email confirming that the order has been successfully entered into our system.
- Shipping Notification: When the item is shipped, we will send a shipping notification email with a tracking number so you can easily check the status of your package.
