Corporate Responsibility
Mactukd and its subsidiaries are committed to global citizenship and sustainable development. We expect all partners involved in the manufacture, delivery, and service of Mactukd products—including manufacturers, suppliers, service providers, and other business partners—to share these values.
We believe that every participant has a responsibility to protect the environment, ensure employee well-being, and uphold ethical business practices. Therefore, we have established a Code of Conduct designed to foster a safe, sustainable, fair, and responsible work environment and promote continuous improvement.
Compliance and Business Ethics
Legal and Compliant Operations: All partners must comply with applicable laws and regulations, as well as internationally recognized industry standards and ethical practices. Where these requirements exceed local laws, they must be followed.
Integrity in Collaboration: The offering or acceptance of any form of bribery, quid pro quo, or improper advantage, including gifts, kickbacks, cash, or services, is strictly prohibited. Any behavior that could influence impartial decision-making is considered a violation.
Unauthorized Outsourcing: All outsourcing of production and services must be approved in writing by Mactukd. Unauthorized subcontracting and the use of home labor are strictly prohibited.
International trade compliance: must comply with laws and regulations related to product import and export, and cooperate with our supply chain security management system.
Authentic and transparent records: complete and accurate business records should be maintained and provided for review in a timely manner when necessary.
Labor rights and working environment
Fair employment: employees' benefits, wages or other basic rights should not be reduced by circumventing labor laws.
Responsible employment process: employees should not be charged recruitment fees, or their documents should be withheld or their freedom of movement restricted. Important terms in the employment relationship must be clearly informed in advance.
Reasonable remuneration: wages and benefits should comply with local legal requirements and be paid on time and in full. The remuneration level should be able to meet the basic living needs of employees and leave a certain amount of disposable income. If it does not meet the standards, it should actively cooperate with Mactukd to promote improvements.
Working hours and rest: weekly working hours should not exceed 48 hours, total overtime hours should not exceed 60 hours, overtime pay must be paid, and at least one day of rest per week should be arranged.
Health and Safety: Ensure that working and accommodation environments meet safety and hygiene standards, obtain relevant permits, conduct regular emergency drills, and ensure safe evacuation in emergencies.
No Child Labor: Employment of individuals under the age of 16 is prohibited. Employees aged 16 to 18 are prohibited from working night shifts or high-risk work.
Rights to Association and Consultation: Employees' rights to associate and bargain collectively in accordance with the law must be respected, and no discrimination or repression against them for participating in union activities must be tolerated.
No Forced Labor: No forms of forced, indentured, bonded, or human trafficking-related labor must be employed.
Respect and Equal Treatment: A work environment that is free of discrimination, harassment, threats, or verbal abuse must be maintained, and the dignity and worth of every employee must be respected.
Anti-Discrimination and Equal Opportunity: In recruitment, compensation, promotion, training, and other areas, no discrimination must be made based on gender, age, race, religion, sexual orientation, marital status, disability, or other status. Diversity, equality, and inclusion must be actively promoted, with particular attention to the rights of vulnerable groups.
Environmental Protection and Animal Welfare
Environmental Compliance: Operations must comply with local environmental regulations to avoid pollution, deforestation, ecological damage, or increased carbon emissions.
Resource and Chemical Management: Water resources must be used responsibly, waste must be handled in a standardized manner, and hazardous substances must be strictly controlled to ensure that products meet market safety standards.
Animal Welfare: Animal products must be handled humanely and ethically, avoiding cruelty or unnecessary harm.
Management Mechanism and Complaint System
Compliance Monitoring: Mactukd and third-party auditing firms have the right to conduct irregular audits of relevant business units. All partners must cooperate and provide necessary records and access support.
Employee Complaint Channels: A secure, confidential, and retaliation-free complaint mechanism must be established, allowing employees to freely report workplace issues or violations and receive a timely response.
Process Tracking and Training: A complaint tracking system and related training mechanisms must be established to ensure that employees are aware of and effectively utilize them.
Information Dissemination and Continuous Optimization
All partners must effectively communicate and implement the requirements of this Code, human rights policy, employment standards, and other related requirements within their respective business systems.
This Code will be updated regularly to ensure consistency with international best practices and to continuously improve responsible management.
Mactukd is committed to working with all partners to build a responsible, transparent and sustainable global production and operation ecosystem.
